Description

Air Fried Biscuits – A quick and easy biscuit recipe made in the air fryer, resulting in golden, flaky biscuits with a delicious, buttery flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter or fork to cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in the buttermilk until the dough comes together.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times. Roll the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry the biscuits for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
