Description

These Air Fryer Donuts are light, fluffy, and ready in no time! Using simple refrigerated biscuits, you can create delicious, homemade donuts with a crispy exterior and soft, warm center. Coated in cinnamon sugar and made with minimal ingredients, these donuts are the perfect treat for breakfast or a sweet snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • Cut a hole in the center of each biscuit to create a donut shape.
  • Arrange the donuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the donuts over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Dip each donut into the melted butter, then coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add a glaze instead of cinnamon sugar for a different twist. Just dip the warm donuts in a simple glaze made from powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook the donuts in batches.
  • These donuts are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
