Description

Crispy, flavorful chicken bites coated in zesty ranch seasoning and air‑fried to golden perfection. A crowd‑pleasing appetizer, snack, or salad topper that’s quick, easy, and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders, cut into 2″ pieces

  • 1 (1 oz) package dry ranch salad dressing mix

  • 2 Tbsp flour

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 °F (200 °C).

  • Place chicken and ranch mix in a bowl; toss to coat evenly. Let rest 5–10 min.

  • Set up dredging station: flour in a bag, beaten egg in a bowl, panko on a plate.

  • Shake chicken in flour bag, dip in egg (let excess drip), then roll in panko, pressing gently.

  • Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil; arrange chicken in a single layer.

  • Mist tops of chicken with cooking spray.

  • Air fry 4 min, flip pieces, cook another 4–5 min, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165 °F.

  • Remove and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed for best crispness.

  • Let coated chicken rest briefly before air frying to help the crust adhere.

  • Flavor variations: swap seasoning from ranch to spicy ranch, dill, or add smoked paprika.

  • Olive oil spray enhances crispness without excess fat.
