Description

These Air Fryer Taco Roll-Ups are a quick and fun twist on taco night! Ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning, topped with melty cheddar cheese, and wrapped in flaky crescent dough, all cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spoon the beef mixture onto each triangle and top with shredded cheese.
  • Roll up the triangles to form roll-ups.
  • Place the roll-ups in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add toppings like sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for extra flavor.
  • For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef mixture.
  • You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
