A comforting and creamy casserole with shredded chicken, peas, and a rich Alfredo sauce, all topped with crispy tater tots and melted mozzarella cheese. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a family gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup frozen peas

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Prepare the Casserole Base:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, peas, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.

  • Assemble the Casserole:

    • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

    • Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture in a single layer.
