Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté garlic, ginger, and onions until softened.
  • Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, carrots, and celery.
  • Stir in turmeric, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken and return to the pot. Serve hot.
