- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté garlic, ginger, and onions until softened.
- Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, carrots, and celery.
- Stir in turmeric, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- Shred the chicken and return to the pot. Serve hot.
