- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in turmeric and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add chicken, carrots, and celery, cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can use bone-in chicken breasts for extra flavor. Just remove the bones before serving.
- If you prefer a thicker soup, blend a portion of the soup and then return it to the pot.
