- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- Mini phyllo pastry shells (store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange mini phyllo pastry shells on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, toss diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well coated.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, and brown sugar. Add cold butter and cut it in using a fork until the mixture is crumbly.
- Spoon the apple mixture into the mini phyllo shells, then sprinkle the crumble topping over each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
