- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread the mashed avocado on one slice of bread. Top with tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the second slice of bread on top and butter both sides of the sandwich.
- Grill in a pan over medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
