Description

Indulge in this creamy and delicious Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese sandwich. It’s a delightful twist on a classic, perfect for a quick lunch or a satisfying snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spread the mashed avocado on one slice of bread. Top with tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the second slice of bread on top and butter both sides of the sandwich.
  • Grill in a pan over medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Slice and serve warm.
