Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  • Add the crumbled cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, potato gnocchi, beef broth, and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir everything together to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the gnocchi is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
