- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped pickles for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Bacon:
- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Cook Beef:
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
- Make the Sauce:
- Stir in beef broth, milk, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
