Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- To assemble the trifle, layer the crushed chocolate wafer cookies, followed by the cream cheese mixture, and then the chocolate pudding in a trifle dish.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of chocolate pudding on top.
- Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish the trifle with chocolate shavings for an extra touch of elegance.

- For a stronger Baileys flavor, you can increase the amount of Baileys Irish Cream.
