Savor the bright flavors of this Baked Cod with Lemon and Garlic. This light and healthy dish features tender cod fillets brushed with a zesty garlic-lemon sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper, then brush them with the garlic-lemon mixture.
