Description

A simple and flavorful dish featuring tender cod fillets baked with fresh lemon and garlic, creating a light and healthy meal perfect for any night of the week.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place cod fillets on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with minced garlic, lemon slices, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve with extra lemon wedges.
