  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer for even cooking.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, turn the wedges halfway through baking.
