- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer for even cooking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, turn the wedges halfway through baking.
