Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb (680 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/3 cup (33 g) finely grated Parmesan

  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over the shrimp.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  • Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.

  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

  • You can add chopped parsley or basil for garnish.
