Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mostaccioli pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Cook Pasta:
    Prepare the mostaccioli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare Meat Sauce:
    In a skillet, brown the ground beef with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the marinara sauce.
  • Mix & Layer:
    Combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce and pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • Add Cheese:
    Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake:
    Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For added flavor, you can mix in some sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
