Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound mostaccioli pasta

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook mostaccioli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce and mix well.
