- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions for your pizza crust.
- In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the vinegar thickens into a balsamic reduction.
- While the vinegar simmers, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the pizza crust is ready, spread the balsamic reduction evenly over the top.
- Layer the sautéed mushrooms, crumbled goat cheese, and fresh spinach on the pizza.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven according to the crust’s instructions.

Notes
- For extra flavor, you can drizzle a little extra balsamic reduction on top of the finished pizza.
