Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the butter mixture and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the mashed bananas and stir gently.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
