These Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls are a delicious twist on the classic cinnamon roll. With ripe bananas, a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a touch of brown sugar, they bring a perfect balance of sweetness and warmth. A great breakfast treat or dessert!

- 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish and set it aside.
- Slice the bananas and chop the walnuts.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Roll out the cinnamon rolls on a flat surface.
- Spread melted butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the butter.
- Add sliced bananas and chopped walnuts over the sugar mixture.
- Roll up the dough and slice it into individual rolls.
- Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra sweetness, drizzle the included icing from the cinnamon roll package over the baked rolls.
- You can substitute walnuts with pecans or leave them out for a nut-free version.
