Description

These Banana Pudding Rice Krispies are a fun twist on the classic treat, combining the nostalgic flavors of banana cream pudding and crushed vanilla wafers with gooey marshmallows and crispy rice cereal. Easy to make and impossible to resist!


Ingredients

  • 10 oz marshmallows

  • 6 cups rice cereal

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1/2 pack (about 1.5 oz) banana cream instant pudding mix

  • 1/2 cup vanilla wafers, crushed

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate melting wafers

  • Extra vanilla wafers, for garnish


Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.

  • Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.

  • Remove from heat and quickly stir in the banana cream pudding mix until fully combined.

  • Add rice cereal and crushed vanilla wafers. Mix until cereal is evenly coated.

  • Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan.

  • Melt white chocolate wafers according to package instructions and drizzle over the top.

  • Garnish with additional crushed or whole vanilla wafers.

  • Let cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Do not prepare the pudding; use the dry mix for flavor.

  • Press the mixture gently into the pan to avoid compacting it too much.
