Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in mashed bananas and chopped strawberries.
- Spoon the mixture over the crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
