This BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Dip is a creamy, savory blend of flavors that brings all the deliciousness of a classic cheeseburger into a dip. Perfect for game days or casual gatherings, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or bread for serving

Instructions

  • Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet, drain on paper towels, and crumble once cooled.
  • Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, sour cream, diced pickles, diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Bake the Dip: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Optionally, top with diced tomatoes for a fresh touch. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
