  • 1 package lo mein noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced

Instructions

  • Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat and cook the beef strips until browned.
  • Add the minced garlic, ginger, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add the cooked noodles and sliced green onions to the skillet.
