- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat and cook the beef strips until browned.
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add the cooked noodles and sliced green onions to the skillet.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
