- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked tortellini, mix well, and season with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with more Parmesan if desired.
