This delightful Berry Tiramisu is a refreshing twist on the classic dessert. Layered with creamy mascarpone and a medley of mixed berries, it’s a light and elegant treat perfect for any occasion.

- 24 ladyfingers
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup berry syrup or fruit juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the berry syrup or fruit juice quickly, then arrange them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the dipped ladyfingers, then add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and berries until all ingredients are used.
- Top the final layer with more mixed berries. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on top before serving.
