Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • In a separate pan, heat the heavy cream over low heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese to the cream, stirring until the cheese is melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, adding pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
