- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup sausage gravy
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the biscuit dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the rolled-out biscuit dough.
- Top with scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
