Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup sausage gravy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the biscuit dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
  • In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the rolled-out biscuit dough.
  • Top with scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
