This Blackened Steak and Shrimp Alfredo combines perfectly seasoned steak and succulent shrimp with creamy fettuccine pasta for a rich and indulgent meal that’s sure to impress.

- For the Steak and Shrimp:
- 2 ribeye steaks (6–8 oz each)
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Pasta:
- 8 oz fettuccine
Instructions
- Season and Cook the Steak:
- Coat the ribeye steaks and shrimp generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Fettuccine:
- In a separate large saucepan, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stir occasionally, and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine and Serve:
- Slice the rested steak into thin strips.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the creamy Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Plate the pasta, then top with the steak strips and shrimp. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- You can substitute the ribeye with another cut of steak if desired.
