    • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon butter
  • For the Alfredo Sauce:
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Pasta:
    • 8 oz fettuccine

Instructions

  • Season and Cook the Steak:
    • Coat the ribeye steaks and shrimp generously with Cajun seasoning.
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.

    • In a separate large saucepan, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Alfredo Sauce:
    • Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Pour in the heavy cream, stir occasionally, and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine and Serve:
    • Slice the rested steak into thin strips.
    • Toss the cooked fettuccine in the creamy Alfredo sauce until well coated.
    • Plate the pasta, then top with the steak strips and shrimp. Garnish with chopped parsley.
