- 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add flour and baking powder. Gently fold in blueberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
- Cool the cookies on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries. If using frozen, do not thaw them to prevent excess moisture.
