- 4 slices of bologna
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 4 slices of bread (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Place the bologna slices in the skillet and cook until crispy and slightly browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side-up, over-easy, or scrambled).
- While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwiches: Place a slice of cheese on one piece of toast, add a slice of fried bologna, top with the cooked egg, and finish with another slice of toast.
