Start your day with a delicious Bologna, Egg & Cheese Sandwich, featuring crispy bologna, perfectly cooked eggs, and melty cheese, all nestled between toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bologna
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 4 slices of bread (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Place the bologna slices in the skillet and cook until crispy and slightly browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side-up, over-easy, or scrambled).
  • While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Assemble the sandwiches: Place a slice of cheese on one piece of toast, add a slice of fried bologna, top with the cooked egg, and finish with another slice of toast.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches. Serve hot and enjoy!
