  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • Vegetable Oil for Frying

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs together in a shallow bowl. Place the chicken pieces in the eggs and toss to coat them thoroughly.
  • In a large zip-lock bag, mix together the flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Work in batches and place the chicken pieces from the eggs (drip off any excess eggs) into the flour mixture. Seal the bag and shake to coat the chicken thoroughly.
  • Move the chicken pieces to a baking sheet and let them rest while you prepare the oil.
  • Heat approximately 3 inches of vegetable oil in a large pan or fryer to 375°F.
  • Work in batches and fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes until it is golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Once cooked, move the chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
  • Place the chicken in a large bowl, pour the buffalo sauce on top, and toss to coat.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of cayenne pepper or using a milder hot sauce.
  • For extra crispiness, double fry the chicken.
