This Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower is a deliciously sweet and spicy side dish. Perfectly roasted, the cauliflower is coated in a savory maple syrup and Sriracha blend that adds a delightful kick to your meal.

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
