Description

This Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower is a deliciously sweet and spicy side dish. Perfectly roasted, the cauliflower is coated in a savory maple syrup and Sriracha blend that adds a delightful kick to your meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
