Description

A fun and unique cheesecake with a nostalgic bubblegum flavor, topped with the playful fizz of Pop Rocks candy. This cheesecake is a fun twist on a classic, perfect for special occasions or themed parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup bubblegum flavored candy pieces
  • 1 cup pop rocks candy

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the bubblegum flavored candy pieces and pour the mixture over the crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes. After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the oven and cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the Pop Rocks candy on top for an added fizzy experience.

  • Make sure to let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating to avoid any condensation.
  • Pop Rocks should be added just before serving to keep their fizz intact.
