- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bubblegum flavored candy pieces
- 1 cup pop rocks candy
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the bubblegum flavored candy pieces and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes. After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Before serving, sprinkle the Pop Rocks candy on top for an added fizzy experience.

- Make sure to let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating to avoid any condensation.
- Pop Rocks should be added just before serving to keep their fizz intact.
- This cheesecake can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
