Indulge in the whimsical delight of Bubblegum Cloud Fudge, a sweet treat that combines the creamy richness of white chocolate with the nostalgic flavor of bubblegum. Perfect for parties or as a playful dessert!


Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup bubblegum-flavored candies, chopped
Pink food coloring (optional)


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt over low heat.
  • Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • If using, add a few drops of pink food coloring to achieve the desired color.
  • Fold in the chopped bubblegum candies.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Lift the fudge from the dish using the overhanging parchment paper or foil and cut into squares.

  • For added fun, try using different colors of bubblegum candies.
  • This fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
