A spicy twist on the classic Chicken Parmesan, this Buffalo Chicken Parmesan combines the heat of buffalo sauce with crispy, cheesy chicken breasts. Coated in breadcrumbs and Parmesan, then baked to golden perfection, it’s an irresistible dish that packs a punch!

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip it into the beaten egg, and coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated.
- Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle buffalo sauce generously over the top of the chicken.
- Top with additional Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra cheese, you can top the chicken with mozzarella before baking and return it to the oven for the last few minutes to melt.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce depending on how spicy you like it!
- Serve with a side of veggies or a simple salad to balance the heat.
