For the Crust:

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

Instructions
- Make the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a mini muffin tin or small tart pans to form the crust for each mini pie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Add the Caramel Layer:
- Once the crusts are cool, spoon a layer of caramel sauce onto each mini pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Assemble the Mini Pies:
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture on top of the caramel layer in each crust.
- Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger candy bars generously over the top of each mini pie.
- Chill and Garnish:
- Refrigerate the mini pies for at least 1 hour to allow the filling to set.
- Before serving, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, more crushed Butterfinger pieces, and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
