Description

These warm, buttery croissants filled with turkey and Harvarti cheese are perfectly baked with a garlic butter topping, creating a savory treat that’s perfect for lunch or a quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 croissants
  • 8 slices of turkey
  • 4 slices of Harvarti cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the croissants in half and place 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of Harvarti cheese inside each croissant.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the croissants.
  • Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cheese Variations:
    • Harvarti cheese is mild and creamy, but you can substitute it with other cheeses such as Swiss, provolone, or mozzarella if you prefer a different flavor.
  • Turkey Alternatives:
    • If you don’t have turkey, you can easily swap it out for chicken, ham, or roast beef. These substitutions will still pair well with the garlic butter and croissants.
