Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
- Make the Batter: Add the eggs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until the cabbage and carrots are well-coated with the batter.
- For Fried Fritters: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cabbage mixture and drop it into the skillet. Flatten it slightly with a spoon. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
