Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and steak, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook until shrimp are pink and steak is browned.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also substitute the steak for chicken if preferred.
