Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut cookie dough into 24 equal pieces and press each piece into a greased mini muffin tin.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
