- Cinnamon sugar (for rimming)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat apple juice until warm.
- Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in caramel vodka.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set (about 2 hours).
- Rim shot glasses with cinnamon sugar before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to allow the jelly shots to chill fully before serving for the best texture.
- You can rim the shot glasses with regular sugar if you prefer less spice.
- If you don’t have caramel vodka, you can use regular vodka and a splash of caramel syrup instead.
