For the Caramel Sauce:

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

For the Milkshake:
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
For the Toppings:
- Whipped cream
- Crushed pretzels
- Crushed caramel candies
- Extra caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Caramel Sauce
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the granulated sugar, stirring constantly until it turns a deep amber color.
- Add the butter and stir until melted and combined. Remove from heat and slowly add the heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Stir in the salt and allow to cool slightly.
- Make the Milkshake
- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and 1/2 cup of caramel sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Freakshakes
- Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glasses, allowing it to swirl around the sides.
- Pour the milkshake into the glasses.
- Top with whipped cream, then sprinkle with crushed pretzels and caramel candies.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top.
