Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.
  • Slice the bananas and arrange them on the crust.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together until caramelized.
  • Drizzle the caramel over the bananas and sprinkle with coconut flakes and cinnamon.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes

  • You can use a homemade pie crust if preferred.
