- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.
- Slice the bananas and arrange them on the crust.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together until caramelized.
- Drizzle the caramel over the bananas and sprinkle with coconut flakes and cinnamon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

- You can use a homemade pie crust if preferred.
