Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Peel, core, and slice the pears.

  • Cook until pears are caramelized, about 5 minutes.
