Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice the pears.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the pears and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Cook until pears are caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss together the salad greens, blue cheese, and walnuts.
- Top with the caramelized pears.
