  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil and coat them evenly with the ranch seasoning mix.
  • Place the chicken thighs skin side up in a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken thighs.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
