- 1/2 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add steak slices, onions, and green bell pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini and steak mixture to the provolone sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
