  • 1/2 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add steak slices, onions, and green bell pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked tortellini and steak mixture to the provolone sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Serve hot and garnish with extra cheese, if desired.
