A creamy and indulgent dish that combines tender beef, vibrant veggies, and cheese tortellini, all enveloped in a rich provolone sauce.

- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (like ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, then remove everything from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the shredded provolone and grated Parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, stirring to coat. Then stir in the beef and vegetables until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding mushrooms or a dash of hot sauce.
