- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic oil over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss again until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet and spread it out in an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
