Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Pour the garlic oil over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
